Was pleasantly amazed by this ramen joint. I arrived in with hesitation simply because their insta is filled with wypipo but boy was I so Erroneous! Their broth and noodles had been awesome! Thoroughly pulled off All those locally sourced components & shipped a delectable bowl of ramen that felt balanced but in addition tasted like it might clog yo
